Inspired by the smocking exhibits in the Museum this session will look at simple stitching. We will be joined by our expert textile curator Sam van de Geer who will have some samples on display for everyone to see.

You can have a go at some simple stitches like running stitch and back stitch, handle a smock, have a go with a knitting Nancy or a knitting loom. So why not come and have a go?
