Performance by Eynsham Morris

A Group of Morris men performing in a market square with shops behind them and colourful clothing and streamers.

In honour of Michael Black and the exhibition being hosted at the Oxfordshire Museum we will have a performance by Eynsham Morris.

Eynsham Morris is a traditional Cotswold Morris dancing side based in the village of Eynsham, Oxfordshire. With roots dating back centuries, the side performs energetic and distinctive dances unique to the Eynsham tradition, and lively singing of folk favourites and sea shanties.

Revived in the 20th century, Eynsham Morris continues to uphold and celebrate this rich folk heritage through regular performances, local events, and festivals.
