Find SEND support for your child
Working out what you need and how to access support can be hard.
Getting support for your child should start with your child’s key worker, their teacher or the special educational needs and disabilities coordinator at their school or nursery.
They can talk to you about how your child is progressing and if they would benefit from additional support, including what that may look like for your child. They will regularly review your child's development and talk you through it.
You do not have to wait if you have questions – we've suggested some practical suggestions to help you understand if your child needs support.
There is plenty of other support available across the county.
