Great British Insulation Scheme
The Great British Insulation Scheme is a new government energy efficiency scheme that Ofgem will administer.

The Great British Insulation Scheme is a government energy efficiency scheme, previously known as ECO+. The scheme provides single measure insulation improvements to the least energy efficient homes, to tackle fuel poverty and reduce energy bills.
The scheme delivers single insulation measures such as:
- cavity wall insulation
- solid wall insulation (internal or external)
- loft insulation
- flat or pitched roof insulation
- underfloor insulation
- solid floor insulation
- park home insulation
- room-in-roof insulation
The scheme is available to those living in homes with an Energy Performance Certificate rating of D-G and within Council Tax bands of A-D in England and A-E in Scotland and Wales.
