Apply for a zero emission zone discount

A 100 per cent discount is available for Blue Badge holders for up to two vehicles. You do not have to own the vehicles.

The discount will be valid until the expiry date of your current Blue Badge and you should allow 10 working days to renew your ZEZ discount before it expires. Please ensure that you upload a copy of your new Blue Badge.

How to apply

The best way to apply for the Blue Badge Holder discount is by completing the online discount application form.

If you cannot apply for the discount online, call 0345 310 1111 (option 3).

What you need to provide

We ask for your Blue Badge number on the application form and will search for it on the national system.

You will also need the registration number (number plate) of the vehicle or vehicles (up to two) you want to add.

If the search does not work for some reason, you'll need to provide a copy of your Blue Badge clearly showing the expiry date and badge number. If you cannot upload your documents to the completed application form, you can take them to the library.

How to update the vehicle on your discount

If you have a Blue Badge holder discount, you may want to change the registered vehicle or vehicles. Call us on 0345 310 1111 to change or add a vehicle - you can have up to two registered to your discount.
