Renew an older person's bus pass
Auto-renewal for an older person's bus pass
Your older person's bus pass is valid for four years. You do not need to reapply for your bus pass. Two weeks before your current bus pass expires you should receive a new bus pass in the post.
I have not received my renewed bus pass
Contact us if you have not received the bus pass by seven days before the expiry date, and you have not moved address.
Warning
We will not refund bus pass fares incurred while we are processing an application for a new or replacement pass.
I have moved house
If you move address, update the details on your bus pass at least three weeks before the renewal date.
If we send the bus pass to your old address, there will be a £10 fee to send a replacement to your new address.
