Community transport vehicle discount
This discount entitles you to a 100 per cent discount for using your vehicle in the ZEZ.
To be eligible, you must provide proof that you have:
- a vehicle that is classed as M2 or M3 by the DVLA
- an s.19 or s.22 community transport permit.

What you need to provide
You must provide a copy of the vehicle details section of your V5C. The document must clearly show your vehicle registration number and vehicle type.
You must provide a copy of your section 19 or section 22 permit that clearly shows your full name and issuing authority.
